The history of tennis
May 4th, 2010 | By alexTennis history stretches all the way to ancient Egypt and Persia, where archaeologists found pictures of people who threw the ball over the net, but that can hardly be called tennis. Basically it was passing, in which people instead of the racket used bare hands, and after a while the leather gloves. That style of game over the centuries led to the appearance of the first rackets.
