Oyster mushrooms in nature

Oyster mushrooms are successfully grown on mushroom farms. However, there is nothing more amazing than finding the mushrooms on a living tree in late autumn or winter. I must confess, no matter how hard I looked for them, I did not find them very often. Not in a million years did I think that I would find them by chance walking down a path.
I will not reveal the place where I found them because I pick real oyster mushrooms every winter. Unfortunately, the caps are not as numerous as they used to be but they are still delicious. The best way to prepare them is to fry them.
