Summer salad

- 1 large lettuce
- 1 head endive
- mustard and cress
- watercress
- 2 spring onions
- 2 tomatoes
- two hard-boiled eggs
Preparation method:
Shred the lettuce, endive, onions, tomatoes, and cress, place in a salad bowl
with mayonnaise dressing, decorate with slices of egg and tomato and tufts of cress.

I like this article and I love summer because it’s the best season for SALAD! From my humble kitchen, one of my tips to add aroma to my salad is put some herb old such as lavender or rosemary oil esp. when the ingredients are a bit blend. Those herb oils are good for bruschetta as well.
